WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
Effective 9/09/2026
Acceptance
These terms govern your use of theflamingoproject.com and everything The Flamingo Project, LLC publishes on it. By using this site, downloading a report or tool, subscribing to a publication, or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What this site offers
The Flamingo Project, LLC is a growth consultancy serving the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. This site publishes market research, survey findings, blog posts, publications, webinars, planning tools, worksheets, program information, and speaking materials. Everything published here is general information written for a broad audience of AEC firm leaders. None of it is prepared for any single firm, and none of it is tailored to any firm’s circumstances, market position, or project pipeline.
No professional advice
Content on this site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, engineering, architectural, or other professional advice, and nothing on this site creates a consulting, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and The Flamingo Project, LLC. Consult qualified professionals about your own situation before you act.
No reliance
Your business decisions are yours. Before you enter a market, price a pursuit, commit staff, set a growth target, or take any other action, verify the underlying facts against primary sources and apply your own judgment and due diligence. The Flamingo Project, LLC makes no representation that any finding, signal, sector read, benchmark, or interpretation published here holds true for your firm, your region, or your pipeline.
Forward-looking statements
Content on this site carries forecasts, outlooks, projections, and other forward-looking statements. Those statements rest on assumptions about conditions that change, including funding availability, procurement timing, material costs, labor supply, interest rates, policy, and regulation. Results will differ from any forecast, and they may differ materially. No forward-looking statement published here is a guarantee, a prediction, or a promise of any outcome.
Third-party data and source
Content on this site draws on public and licensed third-party material, including government data, industry reports, procurement records, and published news. The Flamingo Project, LLC cites those sources so readers can review them, and makes no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. A publisher may revise, restate, or withdraw its data after The Flamingo Project publishes. A reference to a source, firm, agency, project, program, or product is not an endorsement.
Survey findings
Some content reports findings from The Flamingo Project’s own surveys of AEC professionals. Survey findings describe what respondents reported at the time they responded. They are not a measurement of the industry; they are not projectable to any population, and they carry no evidentiary weight for any structural claim about the market.
Use of artificial intelligence
The Flamingo Project, LLC uses artificial intelligence tools to help gather, aggregate, organize, and summarize source material for its research, publications, and content. Those tools support the work. They do not replace it, and they do not decide what The Flamingo Project publishes. Content passes human review before it is published, and the analysis and conclusions are The Flamingo Project’s own.
AI systems can misread a source, drop context, or state something inaccurate with apparent confidence, and that kind of error can survive review. Read every figure and claim on this site as subject to the accuracy and liability terms below, and verify any figure you plan to act on against the cited source.
Accuracy and no warranty
This site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Flamingo Project, LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and noninfringement. The Flamingo Project, LLC does not warrant that the site or its content is error-free, complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted, and may correct, update, or withdraw content at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Flamingo Project, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or reliance on this site or its content. This exclusion covers direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages, and any lost profit, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data, or business interruption, whether a claim rests in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not The Flamingo Project, LLC was advised of the possibility of those damages. You assume all risk for any decision you make and any action you take based on this site or its content.

No client relationship and no confidentiality
Using this site, downloading content, subscribing to a publication, or contacting The Flamingo Project, LLC does not make you a client. Information you send through a form, by email, or in a comment is not confidential and is not covered by any privilege. A client engagement begins only under a signed written agreement.
