How it works

This is not a class. It’s a catalyst for your planning.

For 8-weeks, you will work towards your firm’s final business plans with Sarah as your guide.  For 6 of the 8 weeks, you’ll join a live session, get strategic guidance, and leave with actual work done. Two one-on-one coaching session will round out  your 8 weeks. Between sessions, you’ll use Flamingo’s templates, worksheets, and coaching prompts to build your plan step-by-step.
